Authenticity & Verification

How to verify:

  1. Scan the QR code or open the verify link.
  2. Enter the Verification Code printed on the report.
  3. The system confirms:
  • File integrity (tamper detection)
  • Digital signature validity
  • Whether a newer version exists

Status meanings:

  • ACTIVE: Valid and current
  • SUPERSEDED: A newer corrected version exists
  • REVOKED: Invalid — do not use
Only reports that show "Signature valid" and "Integrity valid" on the verification page should be trusted.
